I created this protein balls for my husband. I’m unable to eat cashews due to food sensitivities, so these are just for him. I received a text message from him today “Thank you for making the protein balls. They’re the best… use the same recipe. It’s perfect. Write it down: P blog it!” So here you are, getting this recipe at my husband’s request.
CASHEW PROTEIN NUT BALLS

Makes 10 protein balls
1.Toss all the ingredients (except the 1/3 Cup of ground coconut flakes) into a food processor and pulse until gooey “dough”
2.Divide the “dough” into 10 portions and roll into balls.
3.Roll the balls in the ground coconut flakes.
4.Keep in the fridge or freezer until you eat these yummy treats!
Adding protein and fat into your smoothie will help balance blood sugar – that’s why the protein powder, hemp hearts, and oil is added to this beverage. It will help you feel full longer and have more energy!
