CHOCOLATE BLISS BALLS

Makes 18 balls
1.Mix the almonds, dates, cocoa, and salt in a food processor until well combined.
2.Roll the mixture into 18 truffle balls.
3.Coat the balls by rolling them in the coconut powder.
* Soak the Almonds for 12 hours or overnight and rinse.
* Stores on the counter well for 3 days or fridge for up to 3 weeks (I usually freeze some).
