Makes one 8x8 pan of jello.
1.Stir the juice and gelatin together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and continue to stir for a few minutes.
2.Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour into a 8x8 pan. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
* Extra fun: Add fruits slices by laying them on the bottom on the pan before pouring in the liquid.
* Refrigerates well for 1 week.
