Makes 12 cookies
1.Preheat oven to 350° F. Grind the sesame seeds in a coffee grinder. Mix the dry ingredients: coconut flour, brown rice flour, ground sesame seeds, and baking soda.
2.In a separate bowl, whip the eggs. Add the remaining wet ingredients: maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and coconut oil. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and add the chocolate pieces.
3.Using a spoon or portion-scoop, measure out 12 cookies onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Bake for 12 min at 350°.
