Serve with corn chips, crackers, or veggie sticks. Loaded with extra protein from the beans, this dip makes a great snack!
ROASTED GARLIC & ONION BEAN DIP

Makes 1 large bowl of dip.
1.Cut the top off of the garlic bulb. Place the garlic bulb and diced onion on a large square of tinfoil. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the foil over the ingredients and bake at 400° for 30 min. Once cooked, squeeze the garlic from its peel.
2.Rinse the beans several times. Add the beans, oil, aminos, and vinegar to a blender. Blend until creamy.
3.Mix the garlic, onions, and herbs in to the bean dip. Transfer to a serving bowl and decorate with chives and a drizzle of oil.
